All claims for damages and defects must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please save all packaging and email pictures to info@clubmahjenn.com . We will of course rectify any reasonable issue and send any replacement tiles or sets whichever is appropriate to each individual case.

Keep tiles dry, away from heat, humidity, and sunlight. Use soft dry cloth for cleaning, no water submersion.
