Delivery timelines are approximations and may encounter changes or delays. Following fulfillment, an email will be dispatched to you containing a tracking number for your shipment.

All products will be maintained until all items are in stock before orders are processed and sent out. In the event that you prefer items to ship separately upon their individual availability, we recommend creating a separate order.

All claims for damages and defects must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please save all packaging and email pictures to info@clubmahjenn.com . We will of course rectify any reasonable issue and send any replacement racks or sets whichever is appropriate to each individual case.

Given that our tile set orders are meticulously hand-packaged, there may occasionally be instances of mispackaging, leading to either surplus tiles or shortages. We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all packaged tiles prior to removing them from the plastic. Should you encounter any discrepancies, please reach out to us via email, accompanied by photographs of the issue. We will endeavor to provide you with the correct pieces and reimburse shipping costs for returning tiles or full sets, as instructed.

It is important to note that claims regarding tile shortages cannot be honored if the packaging has been discarded. Each set is packaged in blocks, allowing any shortages to be easily discernible. Since these sets are carefully hand-packaged and rigorously inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, significant discrepancies are exceedingly unlikely.

In the event that you misplace one or two tiles, we encourage you to be forthcoming with us, and we will strive to assist you in obtaining replacements. We believe that no one should possess an incomplete set and be compelled to use blanks.

Damage to the decorative and attractive magnetic box is not considered a coverable issue if it sustains damage during transit. While this is regrettable, the box serves solely to protect the tiles and is not an essential component of the product. There will be no refunds, credits, or replacements for any damage to the packaging. Only the tiles themselves are insured and covered against loss or damage during the shipping process.

Any claims related to damages and losses concerning products purchased from our select retail partners should be directed to them. We are not liable for any issues associated with items not acquired directly from our official Shopify store at www.clubmahjenn.com. The retail partner from whom you purchased our product will be responsible for addressing any legitimate claims and resolutions with us directly.
