Finality of Pre-Sale and Custom Orders:
All pre-sale and custom orders are final. There will be no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason. Estimated delivery dates are just that—estimates—and may change due to factors beyond our control. A delayed product does not grant you the right to cancel your order.

Handmade Quality:
Club Mah Jenn items are made to order, and delivery dates may vary. Our tiles are handmade and hand-painted by skilled artisans. As a result, variations in the quality of paint application and engraving are normal. Irregularities in paint, engraving, colors, or finishes are expected due to their custom nature, and returns or refunds are not applicable under any circumstances

By placing this order I acknowledge that I am placing an order for a custom-made or pre-order item and understand that once this order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. I recognize that delivery estimates are approximate and do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Given the custom nature of this product, production timelines may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control and are to be expected. By purchasing this product, I affirm my acceptance of these terms and understand that no refunds or cancellations will be permitted for delays or claims regarding the non-receipt of this item within a specified timeframe. Failure to review and accept this agreement may result in a delay in the production of my order.
