We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all packaged tiles prior to removing them from the plastic. Should you encounter any discrepancies, please reach out to us via email, accompanied by photographs of the issue. We will endeavor to provide you with the correct pieces and reimburse shipping costs for returning tiles or full sets, as instructed.

It is important to note that claims regarding tile shortages cannot be honored if the packaging has been discarded. Each set is packaged in blocks, allowing any shortages to be easily discernible. Since these sets are carefully hand-packaged and rigorously inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, significant discrepancies are exceedingly unlikely.

In the event that you misplace one or two tiles, we encourage you to be forthcoming with us, and we will strive to assist you in obtaining replacements. We believe that no one should possess an incomplete set and be compelled to use blanks.

Damage to the decorative and attractive magnetic box is not considered a coverable issue if it sustains damage during transit. While this is regrettable, the box serves solely to protect the tiles and is not an essential component of the product. There will be no refunds, credits, or replacements for any damage to the packaging. Only the tiles themselves are insured and covered against loss or damage during the shipping process.
